charging points spacious tables
The room had usb charging points by the bed, which i found very useful. there were also spacious tables on either side of the bed. I could easily place my laptop there (it helped me to stay connected).
the lack of net curtains meant the room felt a bit exposed.

prompt staff clean room
the staff responded promptly to my requests! communication was great. the room was clean and tidy. i booked a twin room, but i received a single room and that was a pleasant surprise!
My friend's room was too hot. We couldn't turn off the radiator.

convenient socket easy parking controlled lighting
My room provided controlled lighting via switches near the bedhead. There was a convenient socket right beside the bedside table. The parking area was easily accessible and made arrival smooth.
The hot water pressure in the shower was slightly inconsistent at times.

I found the staff very helpful and well-trained. they were also pleasant. The twin room was prepared perfectly for my friend and me. each of us had a single room, and it suited me better than sharing. This detail meant so much.
The walls in the corridors showed damage and peeling wallpaper. the whole hotel seemed a little tired. This was a point of concern for me.

The hotel sits near the train station and city center. This provides excellent accessibility. proximity aids travel and exploration. the convenience added so much to my experience. I felt connected.

The staff exhibited excellent training. Their politeness stood out. they addressed my requests promptly and efficiently. their friendly demeanor added such a warm layer to my stay. It was a heartfelt experience.

The hotel offered free parking right in front. This detail eased my travel worries. the rooms included tea kettles for warm drinks. usb ports were built into the outlets! though the parking was perfect, the cost of surrounding attractions was a little expensive.

Room had a new kettle. Mugs also had labels. Bed was comfy with clean bedding. Switches next to bed are great. I turned lights off easy.
